How much does Preceden cost?

Our plans range from $29 to $149 depending on what features you need.

For work plans, we also offer team accounts which cost an additional $50/user.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer a no-questions-asked refund for 30 days if you upgrade and later decide Preceden is not right for you.

Simply email help@preceden.com and we'll issue you a full refund. While not required, if you can also give us details about why, it would help us improve the product.

Do you offer any discounts for nonprofits?

No, we've tried to price all of our plans in such a way that they are affordable to everyone.

After I upgrade, can I upgrade to a higher priced plan?

Yep! For example, if you upgrade to a $49 plan but later decide you need a $99 plan, you can upgrade for just the $50 difference.

How long does a payment give me access to Preceden?

1 year. If you add other users part way through the year, the ability for all users on the account to add events will end when the account owner's year term is up. The account owner can renew the account and all users would again have full use of Preceden for another year. 

Are there any automatic recurring payments?

No, you will not be automatically charged again.

If you would like to continue using Preceden beyond the initial year, you'll have the ability to pay again.

What happens to my timelines if I don't renew?

Neither your account nor your timelines will be deleted if you don't renew. You just won't be able to add new events to your timelines until you renew.
