Number of Events on a Timeline

There is a maximum of 1,500 events per timeline, though you'll likely find the timeline editor slowing down significantly in the 500 - 600 range. 

Note that we do say "unlimited events" throughout Preceden simply because saying "1,500 events max" everywhere is cumbersome and very few people ever wind up adding more than a few hundred anyway.

If you run into this limit, consider splitting your timeline into several smaller ones.
